To be considered for the apprentice programme in 2025, candidates must meet the following prerequisites: Born between 2008 and 2009 Justify a high technical level in ballet Be qualified for a Danish high school programme (HF) Be an EU citizen Be fluent in Danish

At the Royal Danish Ballet School the apprentice program corresponds to the last three years of education to become a professional ballet dancer.
