Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial period and you won't be charged.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings from the menu under your avatar, scroll to Danger Zone, and select Delete your Account. We email you a six-digit code to confirm. Deletion is permanent. If you only want to stop appearing in search and public listings, you can make your profile private instead, and keep your account.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this from your account settings.
Where can I find my invoices?
You can find your invoices in your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can do this from your account settings.
