A complete profile helps production coordinators find you for the right roles and opportunities. ## Accessing Your Profile Navigate to Profile Edit Profile in the main navigation menu. ## Profile Structure Your profile consists of three main sections: ### 1. Personal Information Required Fields: - First name - Last name - Date of birth - Phone number - Country of residence - City Optional but Recommended: - Full address - Emergency contact information - Profile photo Privacy Note: Your personal information is kept secure and only visible to you and platform administrators. ### 2. Professional Profile Key Information: - Stage Name - Your professional name (if different from legal name) - Bio - Brief description of your background and experience - Years of Experience - How long you've been dancing professionally - Primary Dance Style - Your main style (e.g., Classical Ballet, Contemporary) - Secondary Styles - Additional styles you're trained in - Availability - Whether you're currently available for hire - Touring Availability - If you're available for touring productions - Rates - Your hourly or daily rate (optional) - Portfolio Link - Link to your online portfolio or website - Instagram Handle - Your professional Instagram account ### 3. Dancer Profile Physical Attributes: - Height (cm) - Weight (kg) - Body measurements (bust, waist, hips) - Clothing size - Shoe size Skills & Training: - Pointe work capability - Partnering experience - Acrobatic skills - Primary training method (RAD, Vaganova, Cecchetti, etc.) - Conservatory training - Conservatory name (if applicable) Performance Preferences: - Preferred role types - Any dietary restrictions - Health information (kept private and encrypted) ## Profile Completion Your profile completion percentage is shown on your home dashboard. Here's what affects it: - 0-49%: Basic information only - limited access - 50-99%: Can browse events and express interest - 100%: Complete profile - maximum visibility and opportunities Tip: Complete your profile to 100% to maximize your chances of being selected for roles! ## Updating Your Profile You can update your profile at any time: 1. Go to ProfileEdit Profile 2. Make your changes 3. Save - changes are applied immediately Important: Keep your availability status current so coordinators know when you're looking for work.
